Soltiq (“we”, “us”) provides an AI chat assistant for creator agencies. This policy explains how we handle personal data on soltiq.app and in the Soltiq app (app.soltiq.app).

Who we are

Soltiq, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. Contact: hello@soltiq.app.

Two roles

Website, demos and sales contact: we decide how this data is used, so we are the controller. Data in the Soltiq app (chat messages, fan details, creator profiles, team accounts): we process this on behalf of the agency that uses Soltiq. The agency is the controller and we are the processor. We only use this data to provide the service, under a data processing agreement with the agency.

What we collect

When you contact us or book a demo: name, company, e-mail address and what you tell us.
When you use the app: account details of team members (username, role, activity logs) and the chat data the agency imports or connects.
Technical data: IP address and browser information in server logs, kept for security.

We do not sell personal data, and we never use chat data to train public AI models.

Why we use it (legal basis)

To answer your questions and give demos (legitimate interest, or steps before a contract).
To provide the app to agencies (contract with the agency).
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
To meet legal obligations, such as tax records.

Where data is stored

The app is hosted in Amsterdam (EU). Every agency has its own environment, and data never mixes between agencies. We use a small number of subprocessors (hosting and AI text generation). A current list is available on request. If a subprocessor processes data outside the EU, we use the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Sales contact: up to 2 years after our last contact.
App data: for as long as the agency’s contract runs. After it ends, we delete or return the data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Backups: removed on a rolling schedule.

Security

Access is limited to authorised people, connections use HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and every action in the app is logged.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to how we use it. For data inside the app, please contact the agency you work with first; we will help them respond. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

soltiq.app uses only cookies needed for the site to work, plus privacy-friendly statistics from our website provider. The app uses one secure session cookie to keep you logged in.
